Need person skilled in data base programing, web design and maintenence to maintain and do occasional programing on existing site on an hourly or contract basis. Some initial programing and site change (20-40 hours) needed now. Then fewer hours monthly for maintence and updating will be needed. Please reply with experience capability and income requirements.
Location: Spokane
Compensation: Comeserate with experience and ability, Willing to negotiate on hourly or contract basis.
Telecommuting is ok.

Job Description:
What are we looking at from you:
We want to expand in the US market and win some good/promising projects. What we would like you to do is
a) to try to gather some Leads looking for some software/websites to be built, updated, maintained or whatever.
b) We will also forward you some contactinfo on companies/individuals. You need to contact them, and see if they can be a potentail for us. Soemtimes we get contacts who want some presence/point-of-contact in the US, you can help us here.
We are already working with the same setup from consultants from Chicago, Dallas, NY and SanDiego. They generally try to get references/leads from the contacts they have and forward us the requirements a lead is looking at. We will send him ou estimate on time & money. These consultants witll talk with the leads/contacts about the estimates and either Secure the project and/or will arraneg a telecon with the cleint including us, the consultant and the client. In this call we will try to gather the technical requirements and assess the project. We also try to clarify technical & commercial issues. If everything is fine and we are good to go, we go ahead with the execution of the project. We will keep the consultant also in the loop on the developments of the project.
What will the company provide: Once we have deal, we will provide you with a company'e email.. like yourname@sand-soft.com We will also take you through the projects we have done, type fo work we can handle and other related information. We will also give you some prospective leads which you may have to follow them up.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience of working in the IT Industry in similar role.
2. Knowledge on terminology used in the IT Industry.. like programming languages (PHP, JAVA, etc), database, etc.
Compensation: We pay our consultants based on the project setup. If it is a one-time per-project, we pay a percentage. And if it is a hourly basis, we pay them a percentage of the hourly rate for every hour. Generally clients would want to pay our consultants there, and you'll have to inturn pay us minus the amount you need to get. This way client, consultant and we are happy!
