Remote Customer Service Contractor
Numrich Gun Parts Corporation is the premier source for gun parts in the world servicing over one million customers since 1950. We are expanding our call center again to include independent customer service contractors who will work from home. This is an independent inbound customer service position and requires no outbound sales activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to stay at home and work full time.
What we offer:
Work from home
Flexible 40 hour schedule M-F, between 9am-7pm EST and possible Saturdays, approx 4 hrs
Paid Training
$15.00 an hour
Commissions in addition to the hourly wage
Full contact support to the physical call center located in West Hurley, N.Y.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer service calls and inquiries, solve order issues
Look up the parts needed using our company database
Place the sales order for our customer
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years call center experience
Sales or customer service experience a must
Proven record of reliability and production
Excellent computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual a plus
Must be able to pass background and consumer credit check
Requirements:
Permanent work station free from outside noise and interference
Broadband internet service (T1, Cable or DSL)
Computer meeting the company minimum requirements
