Customer 1st is a national mystery shopping company based in Greensboro, NC. We currently conduct over 8,000 shops a month nationally. Our clients include fast food, fine dining, department stores, financial institutions, automotive, new home construction, medical facilities, apartment communities and utility companies. Our company focuses on mystery shopping, customer service training and on-site inspections.

Customer 1st is a charter member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association. As a member of M.S.P.A., we must maintain a higher level of standards and ethics in our business practices. Our shoppers are recruited, screened and trained to meet our client's specifications.
