With increasingly strong sales and high growth rate, Ultimate Software is seeking a energetic and experienced Implementation Consultants focusing on our award-winning Time and Attendance solution.
These consulting positions on our Professional Services team can be a virtual location, and services are performed in a mix of remote and on site work at customer locations, nationwide.

As a Time and Attendance Consultant you will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on providing functional solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Qualified candidates possess strong analytical and documentation skills and play a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results. Time & Attendance Consultants coordinate and perform the full lifecycle of a client's implementation while interacting closely with the client to meet specific needs throughout the process.

Minimum Qualifications or Skill Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience with business application implementation and/or IT Consulting, and Minimum 3 years experience with Time & Attendance.
Minimum 1 year project related experience as a business analyst or systems analyst with exposure to phases of software development including: Analysis and Design, Implementation, Testing, and Deployment.
Skilled in analyzing and documenting business requirements and corresponding solution specifications.
Experience with MS Office, including MS Projects and VISIO.
Preferred Qualifications or Skill Required:
Experience implementing / supporting Time and Attendance and HRMS is strongly preferred.
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science and/or related field is desirable.
Understanding of, and experience with, multi-tier application architecture (Web, application, database sever) is a plus.
Understanding of, or experience with, relational database table structures and relationships, SQL queries, or reporting writing tools is a plus.
